- Toxic management, most employees are unhappy at best and miserable at worst. And rest assured management don't want or care about you or your opinion. - Awful facilities (company wide) - the depots and facilities are in disrepair. Get used to grubby portaloos, tired equipment and no hope of improvement. - Poor pay and unwilling to pay overtime but expect you to work it. Zero benefits too. We're talking 1% payrises when the company is held to ransom.
