      Met some fantastic individuals, people that work hard and have a passion for what they do

      Cons

      Transport department is toxic and vile, they don't treat you like human beings, you're just another number and it shows. Management treat you the same, she never takes your home life in consideration when needing time off, she'll dock pay where and whenever she can it's disgusting. What happened to one dci, one heartbeat and we always put our people 1st what a load of rubbish

      I think only management will have good things to say in this section

      A lot of drivers are resigning which is not good to see. It makes you question "what am I still doing here" rumour has it that nearly 15 drivers have left in less than a month now and no improvements or changes have been made?

      Pros

      DCI is a wonderful workplace. Colleagues are very welcoming, and genuinely friendly, creating a positive and supportive atmosphere that makes settling in easy and enjoyable. One of the things I appreciate most about DCI is the strong sense of teamwork. Everyone really does pull in the same direction. No matter the task or question, there’s always someone ready to offer guidance or lend a hand, creating a truly collaborative and supportive environment. Being in this environment brings opportunities for personal growth that are achievable, thanks to the support network within the business.

      Cons

      DCI is an ever changing business. Being adaptable or simply having the willingness to be adaptable and to learn is needed. There are many team members willing to help/coach.
