State of the art dermatologist. Fantastic staff, and great facility. Management views staff more as numbers than people.

Pros

Uniforms provided, generous vacation time, state of the art facilities.

Cons

Management is too quick to threaten and frivolous with dismissing employees leading to staff turnover and an uneasy working environment. Poor compensation for many responsibilities.

Pros

There is amazing support between MA's and office managers. Benefits are comparable to other doctor offices, hours are straight forward (12 hour days 3x a week) including one Saturday a month. Busy offices so time goes by rather quickly. They train their MA's according to practice needs, and bonuses are a huge plus.

Cons

The structural changes courtesy of the new "fast food COO" have made the office feel like a fast food service instead of a dermatologist. Certain doctors and PA's are disrespectful and cross lines with MA's because they believe they are "below them". Beware questioning rules and regulations, you will be reprimanded. Only receive 8 hours of pay on Holidays instead of 12.
