Cons
There is an inefficient and uneven distribution of responsibilities across departments. Many departments, if not all, have been understaffed for over a year and yet they continue to expand without the proper staff support. Whilst department managers understand these frustrations, and even share them themselves, upper management makes it very difficult to implement common sense policies that would improve workflow and patient care practice wide. There is a lack of accountability across the board and they often change the responsibilities of employee roles without notice, preparation, or training. It is widely felt that they do not care about their employee’s experience and are solely money driven, sometimes even at the expense of their patients. Also important to note there is very little diversity within the staff and they seem to only hire a specific type.
