Interview process was easy. Profit sharing is nice if you plan to be there longer than 2 years and stick it out in the mess and ' chaos' as all the employees worded it.
Cons
No procedures at all what so ever! Everyone has 'tribal' knowledge and nothing is documented or written out. The planner is a space cadet...everyone seems stuck up and rude. Everyone is too busy to train or help you. Pay was definitely not worth it. I was told insurance is 'wonderful' from HR who doesn't even have the companies insurance plans and it was awful!
