excellent work environment fun job lots of benifits Everyone here builds morale and really enjoys each other's company, which in a stressful job, really makes all the difference in the world.

Cons

They will offer a severance package so that's a plus! Also there are some politics involved in development and moving up but if you're a workhorse, you'll go far!

Company trying to grow and is suffering growing pains -disorganized sales programs and overall computer sales support.

The IDI staff is very knowledgeable and the brand identity and consumer loyalty is solid in other parts of the country.

Cons

Sales support computer programs need a lot of work. Completing deliverables and analyzing account numbers was much more time consuming than necessary.
