      Pros

      If you are in a position to work for very low pay just to get experience it might be worth it.

      Cons

      Low pay Treated horribly by the owner and his minion After driving your personal vehicle hours each way you end up with about 5 hours pay for a 12 hour day Strong armed into signing an illegal non-compete

      Some nice people? Able to listen to music while working

      Cons

      Was underpaid. Expected to work weekends of over time at last minute. One time they offered beer on the clock. They over work the salary employees. And during the winter there's no work.

      Owner has troubling mental capacity Bad pay Pay out of pocket to be reimbursed for EVERYTHING! Including fuel for their vehicles.
