Pros

You will learn a lot. People come and go so fast you can move up very easily (uncompensated of coarse)

Cons

Where do I start....if you're salary, you're going to work until you pass out at your desk. He expects at least 55hrs a week. Oh, and when you're too exhausted to keep your eyes open, get ready to be chewed out. If you're hourly, you'll work your tail off until there's no work. Then you get to sit at home and not get paid...BUT, since you're still considered "his employee" good luck getting unemployment. So technically, he never lays people off, but expect a lot 10 work weeks.

Pros

Good Medical/Retirement Benefits. Great group of employees especially the Techs. Small company, family type environment.

Cons

Management could do a better job of creating a less stressful working environment and take care of valuable employees. Pay starts low and once you get to a certain level it seems to plateau.
