Pros

You get to work closely with co-workers who are smart

Cons

Owner/Management is two-faced. Nice as can be to get you in the door then nasty when stressed, like when work is slow.

Pros

Health, vision, and dental benefits completely covered. Co-workers were fun to work with for the most part Generally an easy going environment

Cons

Communication was a constant battle Expected to do more with less resources The ego's of individuals in charge were hard to deal with When you asked for assistance, you were met with huffing and puffing

Pros

Good Medical/Retirement Benefits. Great group of employees especially the Techs. Small company, family type environment.

Cons

Management could do a better job of creating a less stressful working environment and take care of valuable employees. Pay starts low and once you get to a certain level it seems to plateau.
