      Pros

      DI holds strong company values and offers excellent benefits and retirement. Team members are smart, talented and passionate about their work. Dedicated employees who are willing to work hard will excel quickly. It’s refreshing to work for a company who truly cares about their quality of service and has a genuine interest in their client’s success.

      Cons

      Workloads are heavy and stressful at times. Being able to communicate concerns or seek assistance is key.

      Owner/Management is two-faced. Nice as can be to get you in the door then nasty when stressed, like when work is slow.
