A nightmare and Don't Recommend... Do Not Apply!

Pros

Some fairly decent people, not more than one can count on their hand.

Cons

The whole operation is a joke, there is no real structure or organization to the company what so ever. The expectations are so unrealistic, there is frequent mention of a progress that's only known to the most irrational employee of all... the owner, CEO, Boss or Manager ( whichever title suites his self importance at the moment). There is no automated system to record time entries you manually manage you time on an aantiquated excel spreadsheet there is no real time way to account for time accrued you have to rely on his life partner for that information... you receive a paper check no weekly ( yet they're tree huggers and care to preserve trees).

Pros

You will learn a lot. People come and go so fast you can move up very easily (uncompensated of coarse)

Cons

Where do I start....if you're salary, you're going to work until you pass out at your desk. He expects at least 55hrs a week. Oh, and when you're too exhausted to keep your eyes open, get ready to be chewed out. If you're hourly, you'll work your tail off until there's no work. Then you get to sit at home and not get paid...BUT, since you're still considered "his employee" good luck getting unemployment. So technically, he never lays people off, but expect a lot 10 work weeks.
