Pros

- Great, supportive culture - Really good work/life balance - Extremely smart and kind peers - Great place to learn and build experience - It's a global company, so there are opportunities to work out of other offices or collaborate with them - A lot of vacation days - Office: free food 3x week, breakfast every day, free coffee and drinks

Cons

- Benefits could be better, specifically health insurance - Clients can be hit or miss in terms of variety of work and interesting projects

Good for young designers starting out

Pros

- Social gathering, inspirational trips, Parties - Nice office spaces, food, people - Depending on the country: job security, pension, phone bills covered, equipment, etc.

Cons

- Not a place you can grow easily - Lots of favouritism, pride and attitude - Salary talks and Talent talks are useless - a lot like IDEO...but not really.

Pros

Great environment and opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. A lot of independence in making your own choices while you are surrounded by great designers with a passion to share their knowledge. Could not recommend more, especially to start off your career with exciting projects and amazing colleagues.

Cons

Salaries are not competitive despite being seen as one of the best design agencies in Oslo.
