Pros

Company and culture were great for a smaller IT company, before the buyout and takeover.

Cons

People started jumping ship about 4 months after the buyout, and things went downhill very quickly from there. SLAs suffered tremendously and morale went out the window.

Pros

It is great to work at a job where there is always room to learn. The job is hard- but the ability to make a customer happy is so amazing. I am learning skills that are teaching me to not just do tasks. Its been a hard- but great so far

Cons

Learning the product can be hard.. but it helps me do my job to learn about the product. Some people have been here too long-
