Finally selling the new platform Initiatives to get employee change feedback I am new and read the negative reviews, determine is like a start-up with their new platform, considering this, things are on the right path. Great new HR exec

It's been tough merging 3 companies and there is still some pain and silos that need to break down Now need to be customer centric

Pros

Innovative Platform with an amazing customer base. Management still figuring things out, but a lot of good people working on making the platform better.

Cons

Management was spread around the globe and that showed with lack of reacting to product and customer needs. A corporate structure more fitting a large and more established company.
