Several Pros, Cons are no room for promotion and raises are poor

Pros

Had a lot of autonomy in training and developing my staff. The members are amazing and it is wonderful to get to know them. There is lots of opportunity for continuous education and learning. There are several perks that come with working here.

Cons

Many employees have been there for a very long time and upward mobility is almost non-existent. The pay raises were only 3% a year and did not even keep up with inflation. There is alot of politics that you have to deal with.

free parking and free meals, good coworkers that were not management

Cons

brainwashing classes for "growth" of the company. So much misogyny. Men got paid more for sure.

There is a union that bargains for you. Get involved it’s actually great. Complimentary meals, free parking and uniforms

Cons

Management can be petty. But that’s what the union is for
