Pros

Great benefits, lots of career mobility and a good way for a young college graduate to get real experience.

Cons

The mentality is live to work not work to live. Typical work weeks can be 50+ hours in most of the department. Working here can definitely mean putting your personal life on hold.

Pros

Trying very hard to cultivate an environment and culture that was friendly and exciting to software developers. Diverse workforce. There were people from all parts of the world working there, and covering the age and gender spectrum. Made for a very interesting and fun work environment. Front line managers were supportive. Lots of projects, and mobility within the Cary location was encouraged. Competitive salaries, bonuses and benefits.

Cons

In my short time there, it seemed to me as if the software center in Cary was growing quite rapidly, that is, experiencing growing pains. In the time since I left, I have heard that the culture has changed. That the banking people have lost a little patience with the process of creating an effective software center, which may have been a result of rapid expansion I witnessed.
