      Pros

      Every employee has a fair chance of growth with respect to the work done in a professional environment. Easy reach of anyone and everyone to the higher management.

      Cons

      The only thin I don't like about Deutsche is the criteria of vertical movement , i.e. the minimum time required to be on the same post for further promotions.

      Good for those who are looking to work in Customer Service.Almost Flat organization structure.Good HR management.

      Cons

      As a Sales manager it's a very tough profile,one needs to have very strong contacts to work under this profile,a lot of travelling is involved.Its like you are always working outside from your office.There is a big problem of infrastructure in the office ,no space to work.
