Pros

Decent culture but changed for the worst over the years. Good vacation policy. Flat organizational structure at least within some of the individual group.

Cons

Lack of transparency. Senior management hired from competitors didn't contribute and left as soon as their guarantees expired. Doesn't invest in their most important asset - people. Underpaid relative to the street.

Pros

-Great people to work with within some teams. - Visual surrounds pleasant to eyes. -Amazing benefit packages.

Cons

1. Management worried more about self not development of employees 2. Pay raises? Joke. 3. To many people preferring FaceTime in office politics instead of making output product better. 4. IT structure is archaic. 5. No clear objectives. 6. No one in management wants to take a lead for change, comfortable in staying in same place, hinders growth.

Pros

Thank goodness for my coworkers. I would've gone crazy a long time ago. An atmosphere like this allows the malcontents to find each other.

Cons

This company is so big that EAs are just used to manage calendars, book meetings and submit expense reports. Before the ban on travel (due to cost cutting measures) I used to get to do that too but no mas as of the past year. Information is disseminated via gossip, not discussions with managers. So many long term employees are just milking the teat - "working" from home, hiring consultants to do their job, not being held accountable for little, yet important things, like not responding to emails. The IT Helpdesk is a disaster because no one actually wants to follow through with anything. All of the in-house systems are counter intuitive so much so that I think they were designed to eff with people. The offices are run down and borderline gross - there is always a light bulb out somewhere - and the people in the Jersey City office do not dress professionally (to say the least). Any office non-EU is treated like a red-headed stepchild and there is an air of superiority wafted over from The Fatherland.
