Pros

It's a great name to have on your resume and a good place to kickstart your career.

Cons

* It takes a very long time to get promoted. * The company consistently loses its best people due to their inability to promote their people. * Some of the most clueless managers you will ever come across.

Pros

Despite hard times, DB is doing what they can to right the ship. The workplace is pleasant, considering that it's a major financial institution and they take benefits, philanthropy and corporate responsibility seriously.

Cons

No complaints outside of standard industry complaints other than aged technology.
