Pros

This place was is a good starter for your career, because you learn to do everything, since that is the only way work gets completed. Good vacation time and benefits.

Cons

The management here is the worst. I've had good managers in the beginning, but as time went by there was a strong lack of knowledge from the management. Careless decision making, which puts the bank at great risk.

Pros

Global bank. All or most banking products. German powerhouse. Big in Europe. Relatively big in Americas. New leadership, given the large scale drop over the years, there is room for growth.

Cons

Tough to get anything done. Too political, no vision, hard to deliver strategic solutions. Problems are one too many to solve overnight.

Pros

Opportunities for those who are focused and work hard.

Cons

Very competitive. You're either on the bus or off the bus. No real family or life balance.
