Pros

Some really good people there trying to make a difference.

Cons

Too many minor decisions require input from Germany. Some staff members are resistant to change and are not interested in best practice. Leadership from the highest levels was sometimes ill informed on the consequences of budget cuts on non revenue producing areas. Operational Risk is in it's infancy.
