Pros

Good people for the most part that relative to other investment banks seem to have at least somewhat of a perspective that the world doesn't revolve there

Cons

Enough robots to make it annoying to stay at for a long time. People that are in the middle levels are often total robots

Pros

* They're aware of the challenges posed by immense regulation on the bank, so they plan work accordingly * Given plenty of time to do the work, and do it right * They support a healthy work-life balance with 20 Days PTO * Insurance benefits are good

Cons

Mediocrity can thrive here. Small production goals allow mediocre devs to hide here.
