- Good foot into the industry - MD has good culture/values (unfortunately this isn't the case across the rest of the company)

Cons

- Uncompetitive salary - Poor benefits - Just a number (if you lose purpose, you are not supported) - Poor contracts signed on sites (puts unnecessary pressure on techs) - No human connection - Rare progression - Poor communication - Rare training/development (learn on the job) - Rare interaction outside of the local teams - Appraisals are a tick-in-the-box exercise
