      Making head way in Renewable Sector in wind turbines Europe and USA. Salary average. Even for experience techs. (Full time) Most of the people are friendly & helpful to work with.

      Cons

      Lack of opportunity to move up the ladder, Salary on lower end of scale.

      DWT has a really positive team culture, and is growing quickly. I love that everyone in the organization is approachable. There's a big focus on quality, safety, and training, so dedicated employees will find lots of opportunities to grow and develop.
