      1. Progression 2. Pay has been brought up to/above industry standard 3. Plenty of growth on the horizon, Deutsche Windtechnik could be a market leader in a few years as sites reach the end of there O&M contracts

      1. Poor contract management due to lack of control staff 2. Lack of market awareness leading to small profit margins 3. Staff turnover
