Pros
PTO, medical, dental, vision, matching 401k, education reimbursement, training, webinars, and more. They're not a head hunter body placement shop, they form teams of qualified people and work with great clients. It's more of a lifestyle than a job. The compensation is great too, so there's really no reason to go FTE anywhere else when you have the best of both worlds as an FTE with Dev9 while consulting with clients.
