Pros
- Truly a "people first" culture. I have yet to encounter ego or hubris during my time here. Everyone is open, helpful, and eager to contribute. - Great founders, high caliber team, exciting opportunity. - Learning culture. We're all always learning from each other. - Flat management structure. - High trust environment. -Great compensation and benefits.
Cons
- Building a company in a completely virtual environment during a pandemic with a team scattered around the globe is not without its challenges! I personally very much miss in-person interactions. - The usual startup "cons". Par for the course.
