I've been working at Devalore for over two years I learn a lot while working and developing professionally There are many options to promote in the company and the management prefer to promote people from within the company There is openness to teaching new technologies and if the management see potential they know how to help the employee to promote it

Cons

There are not many nearby restaurants It is worth investing more in company events

"Word of mouth" type of company, handson professional yet non-formal management I kind of like.. Good facilities , dog friendly offices, location and equipment.

Cons

The pace is too quick sometimes which makes you to stay long hours at the office. Welfare can be improved. The mostly invest in technology but they should invest more in their employees. sometime they don't promote the right people
