Pros
I read a review here talking about fake records. Well, feel free to contact me directly if you want to know more. I work in Devalore over three years by now. All I can say that it is a great place to be in. It all depends on your own qualities. If you're good, you'll get the interesting projects and promotions. Guess that if you're rubbish, you'll just leave ugly reviews on platforms like this.
The company is constantly recruiting, and in strong need of talents. It is a project-oriented company, but people are clearly not laid off when a project ends. There are new projects all the time, and this allows you to develop in various fields and directions. There are also very long-term projects. Furthermore, if you don't feel comfortable with your current project, first thing to do is talk with your team leader or other senior, so they could find you a project or a team that better suits your talents.
One more thing. Devalore employs juniors as well as seniors, it all depends on the project and the situation. Some juniors become seniors, some don't, but they all have the needed resources to reach their goals, that's for sure.
There's a big plus - the company now has offices in Petah Tikva, Herzeliya, Haifa, and Jerusalem, so everything's local.
In general, if you want a true opinion, simply try to find a person who works in the company and can be contacted (for example on LinkedIn) and just ask.
