Pros
The company has some very talented people and frequently works on diverse and interesting projects. If you work here you can learn a little about a lot of different industries, while still developing your technical skills and startup acumen. The culture is friendly and makes a real effort to be fun. There is a family feel to things. For a business the work environment is somewhat laid back and comfortable, though everyone is dealing with deadlines. There are plenty of good learning and growth opportunities and good networking potential within the local tech scene, if that appeals to you. The coworkers tend to be friendly, smart and positive. The tiny houses are a bit of a schtick but undeniably fun and a talking point. Your family and friends will love visiting you at work, trust me on that. The office location in Indianapolis is in a great spot, too.
Cons
My experience included juggling multiple projects, which could get stressful with frequent context shifting. The company is relatively young and still figuring itself out, so you have to be flexible. There are some real stars at this company in terms of talent and thought but getting time to collaborate with them can be challenging. Compensation for some roles seemed below market to me, and benefits understandably aren't great, but that's a trade off for working at a small company with a unique environment.
