I worked at DT in period of huge growth. The growing pains were offset by flexibility in how work was performed and completed. Management did a great job in affording freedom to learn and grow. You get to work with some of the greatest entrepreneurial minds in Indy. Work from home. Work from anywhere as long as you're holding yourself accountable. Customize your shed as you see fit.
Cons
Working with startups, you're going to be working startup hours -- especially if you're non-billable. Company direction and goals weren't always clear and processes were an ever-morphing challenge.
