I was working in DevExperts for 2 years and suppose it's one of the best companies in Saint Petersburg. They really care about your personal development and try to ensure that you're consistently going forward. Roughly 50% of tasks are just simple routine stuff, but other 50% required serious brainstorm to be done in order to finish it.
