-Excellent compensation package, with bonus, stock options and pension funding -One of the lowest cost of medical insurance -Great 9/80 schedule and vacation days -Management and people you work with are great -Fosters more of a family feel at work -Organization tries to do everything first class -Really shows commitment to its employees

Cons

-Sometimes communication amongst groups is missing at least in IT, things happen without heads up to other teams that may be impacted

Pros

Company is solid...excellent local reputation. Excellent Benefits. Larry Nichols and John Richels are hugely inspirational.

Cons

Onboarding is non-existent. Feel like I am in a vacuum...not much of a team atmosphere. Expectations are totally unrealistic. We automatically bend over for the business, which is not always the best thing to do. Some senior leaders do not know how to lead people, but might be great bean counters or project managers. People leadership needs a wholly different approach.
