Pros

great benefits, (mostly) good people to work with decent salary family oriented on-site workout facility lots of extras for employees (i.e. concert tickets, tickets to sporting events, company discounts)

Cons

no room for advancement in my department department manager doesn't seem to know how to manage people - could use some management skills training. gossip is ignored by management complaints don't seem to be taken seriously by HR or local manager
