Overall an amazing company that genuinely tries to keep their employees happy, motivated and content with good R&R programs. Employees are encouraged to eat healthy and work out at the fitness facilities and friendly atmosphere all around.

Cons

IT is an exception and treated as a step-child.contractors have more job security than full time employees after the accenture-devon partnership.there is a hint of xenophobia towards foreigners, a lot of brown nosing and old school politics where you have these group of people who don't mingle with/associate with others who are not part of their "inner circle", its funny because these are the people who first jump ship to continental resources at the drop of a hat.
