Pros

Amazing culture and work life balance.

Cons

8 layoffs in 5 years. Constantly shuffling teams as a result of layoffs. Most senior Staff (10+ years) have been cut, leaving a team that frequently does not know how to do their jobs well, let alone when they are doing the work of two people. Constantly shifting corporate goals make it impossible to actually achieve any of them.

Pros

Great pay. Used to be laid back and chilled out.

Cons

Managers are not technical and to make this worse don't listen to technical people. They had the culture they can throw money at everything till the market crashed. Lots of kick backs.
