Pros
The company continues to grow at a steady, but not breakneck pace. Lots of first time customers in new industries have come on board, and it seems like the growth will continue. This lends itself to career and pay growth opportunities.
The month-to-month trajectory of the company is exciting because the software is always adapting to new customers, new industries and new needs. The company culture is well defined and geared towards respect and keeping customers happy.
Everyone that I've interacted with is really friendly, and employees are treated well. Random company-wide bonuses after a good year and Amazon gift cards on birthdays/anniversaries/contest wins are some examples of perks I wasn't expecting when signing on.
Cons
Teamwork across geographically separate offices can be tricky. No chance to meet a lot of the people that you work with.
