Pros

The people: competent and friendly, I learned a lot. The environment: few, clear rules. Freedom to get things done: close to zero overhead (meetings, reports, etc.). You are expected to contribute, but you are the expert and there's a lot of latitude in how to get results. Exciting job: SaaS for some very large companies.

Cons

None in my case. If you are into rigid structure, hierarchies, yearly objectives and reviews, then DevonWay may not be for you.
