      Great environment and culture. The people are genuine and truly embody the company’s goal of treating members like family. There are also many opportunities for personal and professional growth.

      Cons

      It is a start up company, so there are many changes occurring quite often. It might get overwhelming if you’re not accustomed to it.

      When my supervisor said, "my door is always open" she meant that. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming and this company actually cares about it's members.

      Cons

      If you a remote, you are completely remote. I would like the opportunity to work remote/on site for my position.
