"Devoted Time " and can pick/up hours if someone needs it

I dint have a good supervisor as far as being relatable but the company was still good . the members are very mean but that were the "devoted time comes in"

Great work environment and mentoring from all levels< supervisor, team mates, help desk. Tele Sales and Up Tiering everyone is pouring into me and helping me grow and learn. It great! I learn something new on a daily basis in a positive way.

Cons

Working from home can be isolating but with Slack I always feel connected!

Pros

The family fell is for real. The mission is to treat every member like they are you're family and that extends into the employee's as well. We have access to so many resources to help us be successful in our roles.

Cons

The only downside is the late shifts. Operating hours are 9am EST to 10pm EST. Getting the short end of the straw is a bummer but there are options to change shifts.
