- great leadership who work alongside you - great benefits (healthcare, PTO, mental health days, etc.) - work life balance - remote flexibility

Cons

- no 401k match - lack of structure around career trajectory / promotion process - bonuses are pretty low / raises are lower than current inflation rates

-Environment where feedback/sharing ideas on process improvements is encouraged and valued -Extensive training -Great pay -Great benefits package (my whole family has full insurance coverage) -Feel like you are actually making an impact on members' lives. I like that I really believe in the mission and the company does so much for their members. -Option to move up into a senior role at 6 months if you are really doing well.

Cons

It's a startup, so if constant change with things like tech due to rapid growth is something you have a hard time with, this is definitely not the job for you.
