      -Disruptive force in the healthcare industry -Good balance of the love/caring of people and the efficiency/growth of technology -Unique culture with diverse people working hand-in-hand -Clear sense of purpose and fair pay -$1B+ in revenue in only 4 years of operation

      Cons

      -Small footprint in the US so far- only serving some geographies -Some people confuse "treating members like family" with "treating employees as family" - they are still a high-performance culture -Low chance for well-defined career paths

      Awesome work environment with great people, great benefits, great pay, Work from Home, I highly recommend this company they are so warm and welcoming, everyone is willing to help.

      None so far, but its a startup company so things will change to fix or improve for the best.
