Pros

The people at Devoted Health are loving, motivated, and dedicated to change the way our seniors are cared for! We work hard and are growing so quickly, but the support for each other is endless. Pay is excellent, time off is very fair, and benefits are the best I’ve ever had. I’ve been in healthcare for 35 years and this company will be where I retire!!

Cons

Honestly, I can’t find any cons. I will say we are growing and very busy!

Guiding light in all decisions at this company is always what is best for the member. Collaboration in between teams to get things accomplished at fast speed. When concerns over process or barriers are voiced, they are addressed swiftly with solutions so the best work continues to be produced and member wins remain the priority!

Cons

Just sad I did not find this company sooner in my career.
