      Good Hardworking employees are employed at here.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations, work around the clock without comp time. Much favoritism in all departments. Not many will go out of their way to help. Too many Cliques.

      Pros

      Devoted is incredibly focused on each employee feeling valued, respected, and important to the success of the company. Every team is member focused at every level. The technology supports the work we need to do so we have more time to have meaningful conversations with the member. Great communication and relationships across the organization despite geographical differences.

      Cons

      As with any startup, the company is growing, changing, and evolving on a daily basis. This requires that employees are agile and not afraid of throwing ideas forward. If you aren’t comfortable with this, you may not enjoy working for Devoted.

      Love the culture of the company and coming to work every morning. I have worked in health care industry for 6 years and have never experienced an organization that truly cares about their members and making an impact.
