      Pros

      Good pto bank and cheap insurance - though the insurance used to be free

      Cons

      This company is being driven into the ground. An absolute joke. No decisions they make are to benefit the members or employees. Everything is metrics and profit and upper management has straight up said “deal with it, you’re lucky to work from home.” The work from home part isn’t even worth it. Do not fall for their fake kindness.

      They offer a generous salary. Horrible 401K match.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Medicare Advantage plan that plays with the eldery’s lives and well-being due to poor benefit planning and execution. Unorganized organization. Inflated promises during interviews. Poor leadership.

      Pros

      Devoted has a strong mission, and I was proud to serve seniors with empathy and accuracy. Training was detailed and onboarding gave me the foundation to succeed. Work-from-home setup was convenient, and the company covered my Wi-Fi.

      Cons

      Layoffs happen suddenly, and you don’t always get clear answers. I was issued a final written warning toward the end of my time, and though I was told I was eligible for rehire, I can’t help but feel that it followed me back during reapplication.
