      Working remote, merchandise provided by the company throughout the year, Internet stipend.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency across leadership, very little communication from leaders, constantly changing the narrative without notice, unreasonable expectations of employees and effectively a call center with no opportunities for advancement.

      Good pay, work from home

      Cons

      Lots of policy changes that don’t favor the employees. My supervisor at the time always expressed how he hated that I used my 10 minutes of BRB time but there wasn’t anything he could do since it was policy. Over hired and let go a good handful of employees.
