Prefacing this with those who might be skeptic of the company and/or reviews on Glassdoor - I don't typically write reviews and there is no incentive provided for writing this. As someone who was hesitant to join, I'm really happy I did - it has been refreshing to be part of a team that has exceeded my expectations both at an individual contributor level as well as a company at large. - Working with smart, down-to-earth people - Start-up feel (despite being a larger company now) - Growing company (actually growing and making a positive change for those under the Devoted wing) - Strong leadership with a transparent plan thru 2030 - Healthcare Benefits are pretty great - Good work-life balance (we have our busy seasons but people are all pretty mindful and respectful about time away from work).

Great working atmosphere, Growing company, Work from home, Respectful and inclusive of employees, Positive energy. Lots of career opportunities. Great pay, Great benefits, Stock options provided as a benefit. High tech company. Great patient outlook-want patients as family and treat them as such.
