Pros

Great benefits package, mentors, and opportunities to learn so much! Working here has provided me with so much knowledge about the healthcare industry, I'm extremely grateful for finding Devoted.

Cons

This is not a con, more of a comment. Devoted is a startup company where things change a lot in order for us to grow and continue serving our members in the best possible way. Change isn't always for everyone and I think in order to be successful you have to embrace change, after all Devoted wouldn't be where it is today without a little bit of change along the way.

Cons

Mass lay offs can effect the stability of this position. Members can be abrasive as they are treated very well and can be easily put off by something not going their way as they don’t expect it.

Very nice company and great software.

Cons

I recall an initial into meeting with the ceo where he was asked by myself in specific about being bought out by another company and he said no plans. Then the f/u question was about lay offs and growth to which he mentioned the article in forbes from 2023 talking about growth and the company making money. Fast fwd to 05/19/2025 right after my sons HS graduation ceremony im told im part of a group of ppl being laid off. Even being top ten in metrics across all teams.
