      Wonderful company but going through a layoff period, sadly

      Benefits, supportive environment to get the job done, floating holidays

      Cons

      vacation planning, absentee policy, doctors notes don't excuse you if you run out of time off unless it's a short term disability issue, evolving metrics still being worked on, little too metric centric.
