Amazing company to work for, great people on a great mission

Cons

Not a con, but you do always need to bring your A-game - the problem Devoted is trying to solve is big and the work is challenging! And, most people are high performers, so expectations are high.

Pros

- Devoted is building an “alternate reality” American healthcare system that is outcomes-focused, and stands by their mission of treating every member (patients AND employees) as family. - Benefits are insane. Unmatched anywhere else in the industry. - Supportive of employees with families. Flexible schedules for most roles, great work/life balance. - Leaders are authentic, accountable, and inspiring.

Cons

- None personally. - Can confirm that, as others have mentioned, there is no 401k match yet. BUT, for me, this is more than offset by their other benefit offerings (100% health, dental, and vision premium coverage. Just wow.).

Devoted is on the cutting edge of technology when it comes to data analytics and data sharing with timeliness, actionable, and useful information for our providers and members.

Cons

The company is ever-evolving. As a new employee coming from the world of Microsoft some have to run top speed transitioning to Google, Slack, etc. Although there is a learning curve, there really isn't time for one with the responsibilities assigned.
